Terms of sale

English is the governing version of these purchase terms. Danish, Norwegian and Swedish translations are provided for convenience. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
§1 – Scope and contact
These terms apply to new purchases from Fudge Gaming, a nonprofit gaming community. Contact: danishfudge@gmail.com. VIP, Coins, Perks and gift cards are digital products; a purchase pays for the selected product even when it supports the community. Earlier CraftingStore purchases continue under their original agreements.
§2 – Delivery and withdrawal
You generally have 14 days to withdraw from conclusion of the contract. Notify us before the deadline; a clear statement is sufficient. For digital content, rights may end only when supply starts following separate express consent, acknowledgment and the legally required confirmation. For services, rights end only on full performance under the statutory conditions; proportionate payment may apply to earlier withdrawal. Payment or first login alone is not a blanket waiver. Gift cards are not covered by a blanket withdrawal waiver.

§3 – Server rules and conduct
You must follow the published server rules. Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or removal of access; a permanent ban may prevent use of purchased benefits. You may appeal to support. This provision does not remove statutory rights to remedies or refunds.
§4 – Server closure, Lifetime and changes
Lifetime means access without automatic periodic expiry while the purchased service operates; it does not mean your personal lifetime or guaranteed perpetual server operation. Closure or material changes must respect purchased rights and mandatory law. Reopening does not itself create a new purchase. New prices apply to future purchases and do not alter a paid order.
§5 – Refunds and defects
We do not offer voluntary exchanges or refunds beyond these terms and the law. This does not restrict withdrawal, defect remedies, lawful payment disputes or applicable PayPal rights. Contact us about missing or incorrect delivery with your order ID. Complaint periods and remedies follow mandatory law applicable to the product.
§6 – Accounts, gifts and customer responsibility
Check the server, product, period and SteamID64 before paying. Gifts are delivered to the confirmed recipient. Discord is optional and needed only for Discord rewards. You must be entitled to make the purchase; minors require any necessary permission. Save your order confirmation. Contact support promptly about errors so we can investigate options.
§7 – Liability and virtual value
Coins and game benefits are not ordinary money and cannot be freely exchanged for cash. This does not restrict statutory claims or specific gift card rights. Liability for indirect loss is limited only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability cannot be excluded.
§8 – Governing law and complaints
Danish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protection in your country of residence. Contact danishfudge@gmail.com first. If unresolved, relevant complaint bodies or courts may be used under applicable rules. Danish consumers can check complaint options at https://naevneneshus.dk.

§10 – Pricing, payment, periods and gift cards
All charges are in DKK. Other currencies are exchange-rate estimates; the DKK amount is shown before payment and at PayPal. The total product price and any taxes are shown before ordering. Casual and PvE have separate VIP/Coin products. Confirmed payment is required before delivery. If the player has not joined, server products wait for first login; a timed period starts at the first delivery attempt. An equal or longer period may extend active time; shorter periods may be rejected.
Gift cards of 100, 250 or 500 DKK can buy webshop products for both servers, but not new gift cards. Balances can be used across purchases. Any expiry is shown before purchase and on the card. Statutory cash redemption rights for electronic gift cards are preserved; contact us with the code and evidence. A purchase is not automatically a subscription. A subscription requires a separate choice showing the billing interval, price, duration and cancellation before acceptance; cancel from My account without removing paid time.
§11 – Game bugs and third-party plugins
Game updates, in-game bugs and changes to plugins supplied by third parties may temporarily prevent purchased benefits and perks from working as described. We reserve the right to adapt or temporarily disable an affected feature while investigating such technical disruptions. Contact support with your order ID and a description of the problem. We work to remedy problems and communicate material changes. This provision does not limit your statutory rights concerning defects, including remedies, proportionate price reductions or refunds where the legal conditions are met.
